This is technically 6 books, but this is the place to start! Reading straight from Charlotte Mason herself! I am currently re-reading her volumes. It is a wealth of knowledge. These are a must-have for your bookshelf (or Kindle). Her first book, “Home Education” is an excellent read for anyone with children under the age of 9 or 10. I have it on my Kindle and I always go back to it.
For the Children’s Sake is a great read even if you aren’t homeschooling your children. I know public school teachers who have read and loved this book!

This book is a follow-up of the book For the Children’s Sake. Susan Schaeffer Macaulay collaborated with some other great minds to write this book. This book is one of my favorites as well. In the back of the book, there are example schedules for a Charlotte Mason education as well.
