Crockpot Recipe: Super Simple Chili
I have tried so many different chili recipes…. looking for the right one. I love my Mom’s Chili. In fact, I made it for several years after I was married, but it is really just too spicy for the kids. My sister’s chili is good too, but there’s not enough spice! We needed to find that middle grpind. So, I decided to create my own, (by tweaking other recipes I have tried and hodge-podging them together), and I’m going to share it with you all today!
**This recipe was a hit! Super simple, quick, and delicious!
Crockpot Recipe: Super SimpleChili
What you will need:
3 small cans of chili beans
1 can of red kidney beans
2 lbs of ground beef or deer meat (we use a combo of both… you could sub in ground turkey too!)
1-2 cans of rotel tomatoes
2 small cans of tomato paste
1 can of water ( I use one of the larger cans )
- Brown your ground beef (or meat of your choice).
- Dump all of your ingredients in the crock pot on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-6 hours.
- …and BOOM! you are done!
Super fast and delicious chili!
Hope you all enjoy this recipe!
